POSITION SUMMARY

This position works directly on the daily tasks and duties put forth by the Grow Team Manager through the Grow Team Supervisor. The Grow Team Member is a very physical and laborious position and a detailed position within the Grow team. From clone to harvest, the Grow Team Member is responsible for assisting the Grow Team Supervisor in daily tasks that ensure the success of the plants. The ideal candidate will have a positive "can-do" attitude and will respect team members, the plants, and the facility. They should be able to manage high stress and urgent situations and be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it. Most importantly, attendance and punctuality are critical to the success of this role.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

Maintain the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) given forth by the Company and the Grow Team Manager. Perform tasks given accurately and efficiently. Moving, pruning, transplanting, defoliating, trellising, low stress training, watering/feeding and the topping of plants. Harvest plants in tandem with the post-harvest team on Harvest days. Cleaning and sanitizing of the cultivation areas and hallways leading to and from cultivation areas. Cleaning, sanitizing and the organization of all cultivation equipment.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED

Cross training into Post Harvest Cleaning of the communal areas Monthly deep cleanings IPM applications Participate in ongoing education and professional development, as needed. Identify hazards, reports accidents, incidents, and near-miss situations through the proper channels and in a responsible manner so that they can be investigated, determined, and eliminated to prevent future occurrences. Maintain job-related confidentiality. Cooperate with, collaborate, and assist with cross-functional cultivation and production departments. Stay compliant with all legal and company regulations.

JOB SKILLS QUALIFICATION and EDUCATION: At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US with proper employment documentation. Reliable transportation and a valid Arizona state ID. High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous Cannabis industry experience preferred. Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift at least 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and carry that weight at least 50 feet without mechanical assistance. Must be able to work in environments with temperatures varying from 60-85 degrees Fahrenheit. Legible penmanship Computer literate, able to work in Microsoft suite Good organizational and time management abilities Sound practices around hygiene and cleanliness Capable of working alone and within a team environment Attention to detail and situational awareness Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork. Ability to communicate through various formats including email and phone.

ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPOSURE: Exposure to fertilizer, dust, odors, extreme high heat, extreme low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables.

JOB SCOPE Operates effectively and professionally with direct supervision from the Grow Team Supervisor. Follows established policies and procedures to perform job duties and tasks. Within the Company, the position has primary working relationships with all other departments and other Company operations and entities.
