Requirements:
- Active New York State license as a Nurse Practitioner free from any restrictions
- Experienced, or newly graduated, Nurse Practitioner, with a strong desire to develop expertise in a subspecialty
- Solid understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Broad knowledge of common and specialty medications, side effects, and contraindications
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medical standard methodologies
- Respect for patient's confidentiality
- No hospital requirement
- No on call requirement (for this clinic)
- No weekends
- Support staff structure (access to dedicated Clinic Director, reception, medical assistants, checkout, billing, prior authorization, rooming and more)
- CME Allowance (provided annually)
- Additional education opportunities including APP Rounds (free CME hours), periodic EMR/Coding/Billing reviews with a dedicated team, and more
- The compensation rates noted on postings is the base salary
- Most candidates will start within the first quartile of the range and rates are based on experience
- New graduates typically start at $95-100K base salary
- Advanced Practice Providers may receive semi-annual bonuses (if eligible)
