Overview:

Purpose: As a key member of the BI Team, the Director of Talent Acquisition is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all recruiting functions within the organization. This position will directly manage the annual and monthly recruiting budget, set KPIs for the recruiting teams, and maintain relationships with external recruiting firms and staffing agencies. The Director will handle executive and psychologist recruitment and serve as the ATS systems administrator, ensuring seamless integration with other organizational systems. This role emphasizes process improvement, strategic planning, and consistent review of recruiting processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to meet organizational goals.
  • Set and monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly KPIs for the recruiting teams.
  • Serves as the ATS system administrator.
  • Responsible for all University Partnerships.
  • Manage and lead the full recruiting function for the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle executive and psychologist recruitment.
  • Oversee relationships with external recruiting firms and manage third-party contracts.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Executive Leader of the Human Resources team.
  • Regularly meets with Area and Regional leaders to access adequate planning to meet monthly hiring needs.
  • Plan attendance and participation in career fairs and virtual fairs to attract top talent.
  • Performs Other Duties as Assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic planning.
  • May substitute an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient with ATS systems and integration processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensures seamless integration between ATS and other organization systems.
  • Lead continuous process improvement for BCBA and BT/RBT recruiting.
  • High level of data integrity with organization ATS.
