Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Management Analyst to support the National Security Innovation Network (NSIN). NSIN is an organization dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration within the national security community. As a Program Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various programs and projects. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of NSIN's mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of NSIN programs and projects.

Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to support program decision-making processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop program plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Track program progress, identify risks, and propose mitigations to ensure timely completion of objectives.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for program stakeholders and senior leadership.

Support the development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Assist in the management of program budgets, including monitoring expenses and financial reporting.

Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events related to program activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project files.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to NSIN's mission.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, program management, public policy).

Proven experience in program management, project coordination, or a related role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information effectively.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.

Proficient in using project management software and tools to track progress and manage program deliverables.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and other program-related materials.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at various levels.

Knowledge of national security issues, defense innovation, or related fields is a plus.

U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required.

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTO are required. May require occasional travel.
