Job Summary

The

Global Product Marketing Lead

will bring strategic leadership, deep analytical thinking and extensive experience in delivering compelling and differentiated solution messaging to position DerbySoft in our target markets and help us meet and exceed our business goals. This role works with teams around the globe, developing close collaborative relationships with product managers, business leaders, and sales teams to gain a deep understanding of our target buyers, their pain points and how our solutions address those needs. You’ll create audience-specific content conveying our vision and strategy, focus on target market needs and trends, and collaborate with Marketing to deliver innovative programs to grow sales opportunities and customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities and Duties Create product marketing strategy, and conduct cross-functional team engagement. Research and compile data related to the current product market, customer demographics and interests, and factors influencing product demand; analyze results to identify ways of maximizing sales and market penetration of current products. Work with Product Managers and develop product solution positioning and messaging by understanding both the market and the challenges faced by key customer personas (our customers include global hotels and SME hotels in different regions, as well as various distribution & marketing channels. Create materials to enable the sales teams at all levels on our value proposition and messaging. Create and execute robust go-to-market plans to effectively launch new products. Identify potential new products or markets through research, calculate the market size, and plan product development routes based on the company's strategy. Compile data related to competitors' products such as pricing, sales, and marketing or distribution methodology, and forecast and track industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data. Deliver reports and presentations of findings to management and executive leadership.

Experience and Skills 5-8 years of experience in product marketing in the hospitality/ online travel industry. Relevant B2B experience in connectivity and digital marketing is preferred. Ability to build and deliver content in the form of enablement and presentations to a wide array of audiences that are both technical and non-technical Strong storytelling skills, and ability to translate complex concepts and methodologies into easily understood language Excellent team collaborative skills to effectively understand and bridge the needs of multiple teams across from product managers to business partners Ability to work cross-functionally across time zones and cultural differences. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field required Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
