Interiors Project Manager / Superintendent

Ground up Project Manager/Superintendent

Location: Corpus Christi

Project type: Interior/finish out + Ground up commercial construction

Start date: Immediately

Compensation: Competitive base salary ($100-120K based on experience) plus allowances/benefits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong project experience- Full scope management from start to completion/handoff
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction software
  • At least 3+ years working for a commercial GC on interior/finish outs/renovations/ground up
