We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our Corpus Christi team. Our Corpus Christi office opened in 2021 and continues to steadily grow at a good and solid pace. We have exciting work on the boards and are looking forward to growing our Corpus team


The ideal candidate will work closely with a Senior Project Manager ensuring successful project management from conception through completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Project Manager on multiple projects.
  • Manage bid-phase communications and addenda.
  • Record and maintain project meeting minutes.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Conduct shop drawing reviews, handle RFI’s, ASI’s, CO’s, and PR’s during Construction Administration (CA).
  • Attend Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
  • Coordinate with Project Architects and consultants.
  • Maintain project conformance sets and specifications.
  • Conduct site observations and issue detailed reports.
  • Perform final site observations and produce punch lists.
  • Gain exposure to and understand building codes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of architecture principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in REVIT.
  • Demonstrated ability to build new client relationships.
  • Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to integrity and accountability.
  • Ability to establish strong collaborative relationships.
  • Openness to new ideas and perspectives.
  • Continuous learning and constant improvement mindset.

Education & Experience

  • Professional degree in Architecture required.
  • Registered Architect in Texas required, however will accept a candidate actively pursuing licensure.
  • Familiarity with applicable building codes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of overall architectural experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management or assisting w/ project management duties.
