What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Proposal Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our business development and marketing efforts by building comprehensive proposals and supporting various administrative tasks as well as someone who is willing to travel.

Responsibilities:

Proposal Development:

Collaborate cross departmentally to gather the necessary information in order to create persuasive proposals that effectively showcase our services and capabilities. Research and analyze client requirements, project specifications, and industry trends to tailor proposals to meet client needs. Customize content, write, edit, proofread, and develop proposals, qualification documents, and marketing materials based on proposal’s specific requirements, using technology and design platforms. Ensure proposals adhere to company standards and branding guidelines. Coordinate proposal reviews and revisions with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and improve proposal quality. Manage proposal documentation and maintain accurate records of proposal activity.

Business Development and Marketing:

Assist with identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and analysis. Collaborate with BD to develop strategies for engaging prospects and promoting company services. Create marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral to enhance our visibility and brand awareness. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent the company and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Administrative Duties:

Provide administrative support to the Project Executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, booking accommodations, and maintaining contact databases. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Perform general office duties as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in proposal development, business development, or marketing within the construction or electrical industry preferred. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with proposal management software is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
