Client Service Representative

Job Overview:
Pico Veterinary Hospital is looking for a friendly and organized Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll provide excellent customer service to pet owners and ensure smooth front desk operations. This role also offers opportunities to learn Veterinary Assistant duties.

Salary: $23-25/hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and manage phone calls and appointments
  • Process payments and provide accurate estimates
  • Keep the front office clean and organized
  • Educate clients on wellness plans and services
  • Triage calls and assess emergency situations
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks
  • Admit patients and record relevant information
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in a veterinary or medical setting preferred
  • 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Strong computer and basic math skills
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Team player with a positive attitude
