CNO Developer - Exploit SME

JOB DESCRIPTION

X8 is looking for a cleared CNO Developer to join a federal opportunity with USCC. In this role you will be advisor to the Command's Joint Cyber Weapons (JCW) technical director on matters relating to exploit purchases and development efforts. This position is located on-site in Fort Meade, MD.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Maintain and management of the internal catalog and external opportunities for exploit acquisition
  • Responsible for evaluating, purchasing, planning, & inventory of exploits
  • Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical solutions pertinent to operating and supporting developed software and techniques
  • Diagnosing and debugs issues using both COTS and GOTS tools

WHAT REQUIRED SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
  • Degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science,
Engineering Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years with master's degree
  • Minimum of 8 years with a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with an associate degree or HS Diplom
  • Experience in writing implants and exploits (Nday/0-day) for CNE, OCO, or Red Teaming
  • Developing new software modules and associated documentation

WHAT DESIRED SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
  • USCYBERCOM experience or other IC partners (NSA/CIA/FBI)
  • Languages: C/Python/R/Assembly
  • Platforms: Windows, Linux, Embedded Devices, Android, iOS
  • Familiarity with the Vulnerability Equity Process

MINIMUM CLEARANCE REQUIRED
  • Current and Active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph

COMPENSATION
  • Pay Range: Starting at $245,000 + (depending on experience and education)
  • Up to 5% annual salary retention bonus
  • Up to $5,000 continuing education reimbursement
  • Benefits: 100% medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance
