Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and processes to attract, recruit, and retain high-quality candidates.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recommend improvements to our recruitment strategies.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful hires.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
