Overview

As an intern on our Customer Experience team, you will play an active role in assisting the team with the implementation of new clients onto the Vantaca platform along with various projects to support current clients. You will work with all aspects of customer experience across a wide array of internal topics. This includes the implementation, data, and accounting teams.

Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in both long-term and short-term projects and work closely with key internal stakeholders
  • Assist the Onboarding team in their consultative approach to create workflow processes that meet the client's unique needs
  • Identify and collect data sources and assist in guiding clients through migration into the Vantaca system
  • Aid implementation consultants in managing daily project load amongst currently onboarding clients
  • Test and troubleshoot final system configurations within the Vantaca platform
  • Assist with Excel data clean up (ie budget formats, service provider imports)
  • Assist with data entry/database setup
  • Writing knowledge base articles on new topics and updating current ones
Requirements
  • Pursuing bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management, accounting, information systems, operations management, supply chain management, business analytics, or software support (or are currently enrolled and in pursuit of a degree)
  • Some experience in AR, AP, & Financial Accounting.
  • You've got phenomenal communication skills and are an innovative problem-solver at all levels of management.
  • You're highly organized and good at prioritizing your workload.
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate in a professional, positive, and constructive way; comfortable with public speaking and leading a meeting
  • Data management skills, including advanced Excel
  • Ability and motivation to learn quickly and independently
  • Strong technology background
