Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a background in Business Analysis to join our dynamic team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment who enjoy working with their customers. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent problem-solving skills and exceptional communication skills will be needed to be successful in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed within time and budget constraints.
Oversee and manage the seamless integration of business acquisitions to include coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful transition and integration of systems, processes, and personnel; identify potential risks and challenges, developing mitigation strategies; and ensuring that the integration aligns with the overall strategic objectives of the organization.
Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress, adjusting as needed.
Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
Use business analysis skills to improve systems and processes.
Translate business needs into technical requirements.
Facilitate communication between the IT team and business stakeholders.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably with experience in managing large system integrations.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Analysis (CBAP).
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Usually, normal office working conditions.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
