Logistics Coordinator We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support daily supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage multiple moving parts with accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery Track shipments and update internal systems with accurate status information Prepare shipping documents such as BOLs, packing lists, and invoices Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts Resolve transportation issues or delays with urgency Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers Support logistics team with reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations Requirements: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or dispatching preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS/TMS systems is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
