Position Overview: We are seeking a Tax Manager, playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to a diverse range of clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead a team of professionals and drive strategic initiatives in tax management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tax engagements.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients, optimizing their financial outcomes and minimizing tax liabilities.
  • Review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, providing insights and guidance to clients and team members.
  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on all tax-related matters.
  • Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and fostering growth for the firm.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required.
  • 4+ years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax planning and compliance.
  • Strong technical expertise in federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of effectively managing teams.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
