Tax Manager Job Description and Responsibilities Tax planning: Develop and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize compliance Tax preparation: Oversee the preparation and filing of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns Tax strategy development: Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and analyze their impact on company operations and financials Tax return reviews: Review tax filings for accuracy and completeness Tax audits: Manage tax audits and inquiries Tax advice: Provide tax planning advice to clients and other stakeholders Tax collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis Manage the tax team.
