Primary responsibilities: Process daily transactions and bank deposits Upkeep of Yardi, CampLife, and QuickBooks Accounts receivable/accounts payable Collection of balances due Secondary responsibilities Update policies and procedures Provide insight on general accounting trends and best practices Special projects as needed Continuing education and training Other projects as needed Preferred Qualifications:

Qualification and Education 2+ years’ experience in accounts receivable/accounts payable Established progressive responsibility within an accounting department Understanding of QuickBooks Understanding of bank procedures, collection and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Preferred Qualifications and Skills Degree or certification in accounting or other related field QuickBooks certification Understanding of Camp Life and Yardi Experience with multi-legal entities under different legal umbrellas Details & Application:
