What You'll Do:

  • Dive deep into financial analysis, working on product costs, margins, cash flows, and capital.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop pricing strategies and financial presentations.
  • Use your analytical prowess to support negotiations and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Engage in ad-hoc financial studies to aid management in strategic planning.
  • Partner with various departments to ensure project funding and successful completion.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance or a combination of education and experience that equips you for success.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • A thorough understanding of GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and ideally, PowerBI and SQL.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
