JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective:

Our banquet servers are responsible for providing the highest

quality of service to our guests.

Primary Functions:

Provide excellent service to all members and their guests at banquet events

Communicate effectively with the banquet team (and other staff) to maintain the highest standard of service in the Club

Make memorial member and guest experiences

Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull food trays/carts, chairs, and tables up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifying Education and Experience:

Previous banquet experience preferred

Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively

Strong teamwork skills

Superior interpersonal skills (in regard to fellow employees, members, guests, etc)
