We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Director to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our digital marketing efforts across various platforms and initiatives including email, text, CRM, digital forms, websites, and landing pages to enhance patient engagement and optimize the digital experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies and be proficient in managing budgets and optimizing marketing investments to maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all digital marketing channels, including websites, SEO, SEM, CRM, text, and email marketing - including agency partners where applicable.
CRM Management and Patient Communications:
- Oversee the management of the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Utilize CRM data to create targeted email and text campaigns that effectively engage customers and foster
loyalty. - Websites: Lead the design and development of digital forms, e-commerce pages and landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive traffic, and increase brand awareness
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively across campaigns and platforms to ensure optimal spending and track return on investment.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing activities. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and improve future marketing strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department in addition to other departments, including IT and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing.
- Adaptability: Take on additional responsibilities as necessary to support the company's evolving needs and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with hands-on experience in CRM platforms.
- Medical aesthetics or med spa experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google
- Analytics, SEO/SEM, and content management systems.
