The Barista/Cashier will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Resort guests in The Pantry outlet. The Retail Clerk will be responsible for taking, filling and executing food and/or beverage orders. They will have knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and will assist with making suggestions on food and beverage. The Pantry Retail Clerk will be able to communicate well with guests in addition to associates and members of management.

**Essential Functions:**

* Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders into point of sale system.

* Retrieve and deliver food and beverage in a timely manner.

* Stock, clean, greet & engage guests and customers.

* Maintaining a working knowledge of the products and services offered at Nemacolin.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, OSHA regulations, and health and safety guidelines

* Participating in departmental sales drives and special events.

* Constructing and maintaining merchandise displays.

* Operating Point of Sales system as needed.

* Balancing Micros reports and cash deposits.

* Attending and participating in departmental meetings and training seminars.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

* Food and Beverage experience preferred.

* Knowledge in Micros is

* Ability to communicate fluently in English.

* Ability to maintain appropriate grooming standards according to organizational policy.
