Key Responsibilities:

  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders into the point of sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage in a timely manner
  • Stock, clean, greet, and engage guests and customers
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the products and services offered at Nemacolin
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, OSHA regulations, and health and safety guidelines
  • Participate in departmental sales drives and special events
  • Construct and maintain merchandise displays
  • Operate the Point of Sales system as needed
  • Balance Micros reports and cash deposits
  • Attend and participate in departmental meetings and training seminars

Requirements:

  • Food and Beverage experience preferred
  • Knowledge in Micros is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Ability to maintain appropriate grooming standards according to organizational policy
