We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to manage the financial operations of our construction company, manufacturing company, and other related legal entities. The ideal candidate will have more than three years of accounting experience, preferably within the construction and/or manufacturing industries. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks across different entities. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements for multiple entities and compile monthly reports for management. Assist in month end closing processes which include but are not limited to work in progress. Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. General Ledger/ Sub Ledgers:

Maintain the general ledger and sub ledgers to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately. Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Tax Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and assist with tax planning and preparation. Audit Preparation:

Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits. Cost Accounting:

Implement and manage cost accounting systems for the manufacturing company. Intercompany Transactions:

Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations between the different legal entities. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Process Improvement:

Continually work towards a more efficient working environment by identifying and implementing process improvements. Wm. Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. CPA or other relevant certification is a plus.
