Purpose and Value to the Team: Our Intake team provides a vital service to the firm as it is the initial introduction of our firm to our potential new clients via phone, email, and text. Each Intake team member has a significant impact on our Firm’s client satisfaction, client retention and overall success. Duties & Responsibilities: + Manage the full Intake process from incoming call through signature of our Firm Representation Agreement, while providing great customer service.
