What you'll do:

* Demonstrates leadership skills, directing engagements and special assignments. * Develops and trains staff providing technical guidance and coaching on work papers. * Prepares complex tax returns. * Oversees and reviews completed tax returns while providing constructive feedback and researching technical issues. * Manages client relationships as the point of contact during the engagement. * Demonstrates area of focus and specialization including serving on tax committees. * Prepares performance reviews for direct reports, delegates work, and contributes to staff development. * Develops a professional and community network of referral sources. * Completes special projects as assigned.
