Se busca: Jefe de Seccin - Control de Calidad/Calidad

Ubicacin: San Luis del Rio Colorado, Sonora

Requisitos:
- Ingls 70%
- Manejo de Office, MiniTab u otro software estadstico
- Experiencia de al menos 5 aos en manufactura

Actividades y funciones principales:
1. Es responsable de que los nuevos proyectos (productos) cumplan con las especificaciones de cliente
2. Es responsable que las corridas pre-produccin se realicen en base al cumplimiento de los requisitos de cliente
3. Es responsable de cumplir con la documentacin necesaria para la liberacin de partes pre-produccin y produccin en masa por medio de documentacin requerida por cliente mediante el proceso de PPAP
4. Se asegura de que se realicen los anlisis necesarios para la preparacin de reas de calidad para inspeccin de piezas pre-produccin
5. Administra las acciones correctivas de productos de produccin en masa y da respuesta a clientes por medio de la metodologa 8D's
6. Tiene la autoridad para parar la produccin en caso de ser necesario para corregir problemas de calidad en el producto o proceso
7. Informa oportunamente a los Gerentes de Staff, a la Gerencia de Planta y a la Direccin de Calidad corporativa segn corresponda, para que sean tomados las acciones correctivas pertinentes en caso de que productos o procesos no cumplan con los seguimientos especificados.
8. Se capacita en educacin de calidad y en todo lo referente al sistema de administracin ambiental y pone en prctica los conocimientos adquiridos en todas sus tareas y actividades, utilizando las herramientas y tcnicas de proceso de mejoramiento de la calidad y del mejoramiento del medio ambiente, teniendo como meta lograr la excelencia.
9. Participa con el departamento de capacitacin compartiendo sus conocimientos, impartiendo cursos y/o platicas cuando as le sea requerido.
10. Asistir a las juntas de staff que se programen ya sea en las instalaciones de la planta o fuera de ellas, en representacin de su departamento. (en caso de ser requerido).
11. Se asegura de que las reas a su cargo cumplan con los procedimientos internos y de las normas aplicables (IATF16949)
12. Conoce y promulga las polticas aplicables Yazaki
13. Realiza Couching al personal a su cargo promoviendo la mejora continua
14. Se asegura de cumplimiento de actividades del personal a su cargo como lo son: participacin en MASK, realizacin de Kaizen, 5S's en su rea, etc
15. Es responsable del cumplimiento de las metas de las reas a su cargo a travs adems de la mejora continua
16. Conoce la poltica, los objetivos y metas sistema de gestin seguridad, salud y medio ambiente establecidos en la empresa y se asegura que el personal de su rea tambin los conozca.
17. Participar en la identificacin de aspectos ambientales y peligros de su rea.
18. Asegura que los productos qumicos que se usen en el rea estn identificados con la etiqueta correspondiente.
19. Mantener los controles operacionales de su rea para mitigar los impactos ambientales y minimizar los riesgos a la salud y seguridad de sus empleados.
20. Participar en el anlisis de causa raz de los hallazgos de auditoras internas y externas y cierre de las no conformidades cuando se requiera.
21. Participa/realiza las investigaciones de accidentes e incidentes.
22. Asegura que los contenedores con residuos peligrosos que se usen en el rea estn identificados con la etiqueta correspondiente.
23. Asegura que el personal de su rea que maneja qumicos y/o residuos peligrosos se encuentra capacitado
24. Avisa a la lnea de emergencias al detectar una situacin de riesgo o emergencia (derrame de material peligroso, fuga de gas, incendio, fuga de agua).
25. Comunicar a los empleados y trabajadores, durante las juntas diarias, pizarrones o correo electrnico, las actividades y eventos relevantes en materia de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente
