The Job

We look to hire and develop high-energy, detail-oriented individuals who recognize the importance of building relationships with our guests & vendors to support a leading omni-channel outdoor retailer. The position is responsible for efficient shipping of guest orders and accurate processing of inbound shipments from our brand partners. Additional duties include store Will-call support and inventory maintenance. Above all, this person strives to provide exceptional guest experiences.

What you will do
  • Work with a motivated team to elevate guest experiences through rapid and efficient problem solving
  • Assist guests in picking up their Will Call items in a friendly and engaging manner
  • Assist providing coverage on the floor when necessary.
  • Restocking the floor using replenishment reports
  • Keeping pricing current based on our markdown strategy.
  • Accurately receive customer Will Call items, vendor shipments, and internal transfers.
  • Diligently pick, process, pack, and ship guest orders and internal transfers in a safe and professional manner according to evo shipping standards
  • Act as an intermediary between our Customer Care Warranty Team & our customers by keeping up to date on replacement parts or product being shipped in.
  • Building Pallets of store stock inventory and warranty inventory to send back to our Distribution Center (DC).
  • Learn, understand, and evolve with dynamic store IT systems, Will Call programs, and operational procedures while applying creative problem solving when presented with exceptions
  • Maintain a clean workspace
What you will need
  • Work well in a team atmosphere and be self-motivated to deliver quality work in a high energy, fast-paced, omni-channel retail environment
  • Be comfortable engaging with guests to ensure a welcoming environment for all
  • Strong attention to detail and maintain proper protocols and processes
  • Be able to twist, crouch, squat, and reach above shoulder level on a frequent basis. Be able to use proper techniques to lift 45lbs. Be capable of sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods in an 8-11 hour day.
  • Reliable and able to work full day shifts, weekdays and weekends.
  • Must be available to work through the holidays (November - December) with no planned vacations
  • Honest communicator who welcomes the exchange of direct feedback
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs is preferred

The base wage for this role ranges from $19.97 to $25.59. Where you land in that range depends on your skills and experience, and we also factor in internal pay equity.
