The right skills for this team will:

Have excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to reconcile assigned accounts and publish reports on time (Balance Sheet and Income Statement)
Be able to set up, maintain and reconcile integrations for customers between accounting software and their various apps
Ability to file Sales Tax per customer's required filing frequency
Understand, review and analyze monthly reports and provide detailed feedback and guidance to the customers
Willing to become certified in Xero and/or Quickbooks Online
Carry a work-load consisting of multiple accounts while providing superb customer service
Requirements:

2+ years of Customer Service experience
3+ years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience
Minimum of Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (or combo of education/experience)
Quickbooks Online and/or Xero experience
