Responsibilities:
• Accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records.
• Processing and entering invoices into QuickBooks.
• Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries.
• Creating copies and typing template letters as needed.
• Assisting with various office tasks as required, with a focus on data entry.
• Account reconciliation and maintaining accounts payable and receivable.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Oracle for various tasks.
• Providing back office support and demonstrating basic office skills.
• Ensuring a comfortable environment for office pets.
• Adapting to a blunt office culture and demonstrating resilience.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience with Billing and Invoice Processing
• Skilled in Data Entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle and SAP
• Experience with QuickBooks and Quickbooks Online
• Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in Back Office Support
• Familiarity with Basic Office Equipment
• Basic Office Skills are essential
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
