Senior Director of Finance

Job Description
The Senior Director is the owner of all financial close and forecasting deliverables for the enterprise including GAAP and non-GAAP, cash and non-cash. The position works with the Treasury department (Interest calculations and reporting) and Tax departments (legal entity projections and assessments). The position has ownership of all close and forecasting deliverables including acting as the liaison for accounting regarding business trends and the FP&A liaison for quarterly reviews. The position will support companywide analytics for areas of performance including leading teams for ad-hoc scenarios with routine interactions with M&A activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Master’s degree in Accounting OR Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited university/college
Fifteen (15) years prior experience in roles with increasing levels of responsibility
Demonstrated knowledge of FP&A concepts and strategies
Demonstrated working knowledge of GAAP compliance
Strong preference for candidates with Big4 public accounting experience or institutional/private-equity investors
