Responds to routine and highly technical requests for information such as status reports, suspense dates for matters requiring regulatory compliance, and similar information readily available in files and databases. Independently controls and manages all incoming correspondence, OJAG staff actions, and accompanying packages using established OJAG Front Office business rules, procedures, and/or organization knowledge, which includes scanning all paper files into electronic files, developing files, or staff actions. The candidate shall be responsible for the maintenance of all records and all files, ensuring that they are properly maintained. Handle outgoing mail; prepare outgoing mail and shipments; and maintain proper logs. Review outgoing correspondences for compliance with established Navy correspondence manual policy and style. The candidate must have a security clearance certificate (Facilities Clearance). Education and qualifications: The desired candidate shall have a high school diploma. A BA is preferred but not required. The candidate shall have 5-7 years’ experience as an administrative specialist. The candidate has to possess a SECRET clearance or higher. Work on-site, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, during regular operating hours of 0800 to 1630. #J-18808-Ljbffr
