Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, callers, and email inquiries, using discretion in screening and referring calls and visitors to the appropriate staff member or attorney.
- Manage all incoming correspondence, including scanning paper files into electronic files, developing files, or staff actions, using established business rules and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with established Navy correspondence manual policy and style.
- Handle outgoing mail, prepare outgoing mail and shipments, and maintain proper logs.
- Review outgoing correspondences for compliance with established Navy correspondence manual policy and style.
- High school diploma required; BA preferred but not required.
- 5-7 years' experience as an administrative specialist.
- SECRET clearance or higher required.
Work on-site, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, during regular operating hours of 0800 to 1630.
