Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.Identify, develop, and support continuous improvement of quality processes and projects that increase value through improving performance, product and process quality, safety, and cost.Facilitate problem solving team activities from root cause identification to implementation of permanent corrective actions.Ensure product and process quality through effective planning, tracking, analyzing, reporting, and problem solving.Write quality procedures and administer documentation systems.Develop and perform internal process and product audits.Maintain statistics about vendor quality, in-process quality, and finished product quality.Knowledge of 6-Sigma / Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Proficient in quality management systems (ISO 9001, TS16949, etc.).Will develop Process Flows, PFMEAs, and Control Plans. QualificationsBachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent degree. CQE, CQA or CRE (ASQ) certification desirable.
