In the role of Quality Assurance Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project quality programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct quality activities on projects to ensure goals are met.
  • Develop detailed Project Quality Plans.
  • Lead Commercial Grade Dedication activities.
  • Train quality personnel and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Identify and address quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Aecon Nuclear Objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or relevant technology program.
  • 7-10 years of quality assurance experience in the Nuclear Industry.
  • Familiarity with inspection techniques.
  • Management and leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of construction codes and standards.
  • Relevant certifications would be an asset.
