Job Description Purpose: Team and/or responsibilities are moderate in size and complexity. This position also ensures the team is led in accordance with Andersen Corporation's values, employee covenant, and strategic direction. Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees with minimal to no guidance Develop short-term strategic direction for area of responsibility; translate strategy into actions for team to carry out Execute projects to carry out team strategy Provide direct leadership to team Provide Indirect Leadership To Other Support Functions (Matrix Organization) Provide coaching, feedback and development to team, promoting career growth opportunities Ensure the desired work quality levels are achieved through use of standard work and training to those standards, and use of tools/data Leads a medium-sized team consisting of quality professionals such as technicians, coaches, and inspectors. May include adjacent areas such as training, compliance, or other technical groups Qualifications 5+ years of quality experience and 2+ years of experience leading a team or equivalent combination of formalized technical education and experience Demonstrated ability to coach employees and teach technical information to new employee; prepare department budgets Solid understanding of adjacent functional areas that interact with core function and opportunities for collaboration between teams Established and demonstrated ability to communicate and gain buy in from others. Effective and collaborative listener in small and large group settings Established ability to motivate and inspire others Experience in managing teamwork, interpersonal conflict, and collaboration effectively Demonstrated ability to coach, train and develop others Establish an environment conducive to high levels of inclusion, morale, associate satisfaction, and performance Pay Range $88,235.00 - $136,765.00 Culture and Benefits 401(k) Plan, Employer Fixed Contributions & Company Matching Profit Sharing Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Savings Account (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Paid Maternity Leave & Paid Parental Leave Career Growth Planning & Nationwide Career Opportunities PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
