A great UHY client is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone who can partner and strategize with the local operations leadership and be a solid leader for the HR Team. The HR Manager provides HR support and guidance to our employees and leaders.

The Senior HR Manager role is an onsite position. This is a client direct hire position.

Senior HR Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to align corporate and functional strategies
  • Drive HR strategy for employee retention, development, planning, performance management, etc.
  • Manage payroll processing for the facility
  • Manage HR policies and procedures for a population of hourly and salaried employees
  • Subject matter expert in federal, state and local employment laws
  • Act as the liaison for employee relations
  • Lead HR related investigations
  • Advise management on employee related HR issues

Senior HR Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience working in a Manufacturing environment REQUIRED.
  • Proven experience in employee relations REQUIRED.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
