Position Overview The bilingual Customer Service Representative for Radiometer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by processing orders in a timely manner for our Canadian customers. This position is part of the Customer Service team located in Brea, CA or Middleburg Heights, OH and will follow a weekly onsite work schedule consisting of five days in the office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Answer phones in a timely and efficient manner in a call volume support setting. Process customer orders via phone, standing orders, field service orders, replacement orders, fax orders, and electronic data interchange (EDI). Maintain knowledge of our products and special projects as deemed vital by the manager, ensuring accuracy and efficiency both as a department and individually. Essential Requirements The essential requirements of the job include: High school diploma/GED or higher. Experience in customer service including order entry, follow-up with customers, and office experience. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 2+ years of customer-facing work experience. Strong time management with a sense of urgency. Medical Device experience. Compensation and Benefits The hourly range for this role is $23-$25/hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
