COMPLETE:
•Assignment to 3rd Shift ($0.70 shift differential). Typical Job Duties:
•Run efficient production lines, problem-solving to ensure products meet quality specifications, including checking product and equipment frequently, making immediate adjustments or changes to lines when needed.
•Keep lines and production floor clean and free of debris and stocked for the incoming shift.
•Consistently communicate problems or needs with supervisor and assistant supervisor and communicate with all team members.
•Work closely with team members to be more efficient, troubleshooting problems and helping find new or better solutions, ask for help when needed.
•Participate in and promote safety, quality, continuous improvement events and ideas.

MUST HAVE:
•One-year manufacturing experience preferred
•Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
•Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computer entry
•Must be able to work night shifts and weekends.
•Annual incentive bonus can be as much as 21% of annual wages.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the pay rate for this position which is $24.00 per hour, plus 2 nd shift differential of $0.60/h and 3 rd shift differential of $0.70/h and. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to TARGET BONUS% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include: (Edit as needed for role)
  • Shift Differentials (i.e. Hourly Rate plus 2nd Shift Differential of $0.60/ hr; Hourly Rate plus 3rd Shift Differential of $0.70/ hr)
  • Standard Overtime (Hourly Rate * 1.5)
  • Attendance Incentive for Meeting Company Attendance Requirements (i.e. $300's per quarter)
  • Weekend Shift Incentive (Overtime rate on Saturdays and Doubletime rate on Sundays)
