Senior Plant Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule and stock
- Solid experience working with and understanding TPM principles and methods, specifically in areas such as AM (Autonomous Maintenance), PM (Planned Maintenance), FI (Focused Improvement), ET (Education & Training), and FMOS/DMS (Daily Management System).
- Analyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements
- Excellence in Project Management, with knowledge in areas such as food safety, associate safety, P&L (Profit and Loss) principles, and Supply/Manufacturing practices.
- Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain or Business
- 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment
- 7+ years of experience leading and practically implementing World Class initiatives such as Total Productive Maintenance, World Class Manufacturing, or similar
