SBMA, a third-party administrator, is an affordable ACA-compliant benefits provider to thousands of employers. Their goal is to simplify the complexity of providing employee benefits. SBMA is different because of its personal service, speed of implementation, and innovative approach to benefits coverage.
SBMA has a current need for a full-time Claims Customer Service Representative. This position reports to the Claims Customer Service Manager. The Claims Customer Service Representative will work closely with providers and members to assist them with detailed claims inquiries. Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements.
Bilingual; Spanish Preferred
Medical claims experience
Preferable experience with HealthPac and CSIpac
Articulate, polite, and tactful communication style.
Proficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office
Receive inbound calls
Give information and help to solve customer problems.
Answer detailed claims questions.
Fax, scan, and email documents.
Assist managers and supervisors with workflow queues and administrative tasks
Daily office tasks such as Outlook Inbox management, etc.
Effective time management and ability to multitask.
Enjoy working as part of a team.

Pay Details:
Hourly: $22 - $24
