About the Role- Become the payroll/compliance onboarding specialist for our new Build Back Better Initiative Manages and grows existing accounts, promoting additional services to existing clients Join and attend networking organizations and schedule weekly 1 to 1's with potential referral partners and clients Gathers information on potential clients. Examples include underwriting, onboarding, and information on prospects. We adhere to a clear 12-week planning and weekly review process. We attend weekly performance accountability meetings with the whole staff as well as weekly sales meetings.

What we are looking for is- Self-motivation Excellent verbal and written communication Bi-lingual Spanish and English (preferred) Payroll processing experience (preferred) B2B Sales Experience (preferred) Persuasion Analysis Problem solving Negotiation Attention to detail Service orientation Employee Benefits & Compensation- Unlimited PTO- We want you to feel comfortable taking time off, which is why we offer unlimited PTO after one year of service. In Case You Were Wondering- We are open to full time or part time candidates. Although we are remote, we are looking for a candidate in the Orlando, FL area. Salary will be based on experience. Full time ranges from $40k to $45k plus bonus. Part time ranges from $18-$22 per hour plus bonus.
