The Cook 2 - Intermediate Line Cook, plays a crucial role in the Culinary Department, assisting with the preparation, service, and presentation of food. It requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience, a culinary certificate or degree, professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. The Cook 2 - Intermediate Line Cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require supervision and training. This position requires attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure food meets the hotel's standards and expectations.
  • Maintain food inventories, track product storage, and promote food safety.
  • Keep kitchen equipment clean and in good working condition.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of the kitchen area and stations.
