Immediate As a Project Manager in this office, you will lead a great variety of interesting projects from design to completion. You’ll be responsible for making sure all assigned projects are completed on time and within the owner and client’s budgets. A Project Manager serves as the main point of contact on assigned projects—so you will be responsible for the quality and accuracy of structural documents, financial and schedule performance of the project, and all communication to the client. You will also help prepare and participate in presentations, proposals, and client meetings.The Project Manager is generally responsible for several concurrent projects and the supervision of staff assigned to that project.We are committed to extending our footprint within our community, so you will be expected to actively engage in business development events and organizations that enhance professional growth, contribute to the profession, and promote the business interests of the firm. Candidate Requirements

We're looking for candidates who are passionate about leading structural design—able to handle multiple competing assignments at once—organized and willing to think outside the box to find the best approach to every challenge. Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills are an absolute must as this role will work with both internal and external teams alike. The right candidate will have extensive knowledge of structural design (different building materials, building codes, engineering calculations and software, etc.) with an attitude that learning is never complete. We are looking for a leader and mentor, not just another engineer—so you must have the ability to lead a team and pass knowledge down to developing staff. The candidate should be currently registered in more than one state. Experience in the design of buildings to resist blast loads as well as progressive collapse, is a benefit.
