Responsibilities: Promote the philosophy, mission and objectives of Nexion Health Management, Inc. within all areas of daily operationsEstablish financial and program goals for the community Monitor and manage monthly budgetEnsure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staffRecruit, hire and provide orientation/training for qualified staff to properly execute community programs and servicesEnsure that the quality and appropriateness of patient care meets or exceeds company and industry standards ; and ensure that all services comply with state and federal legal, regulatory, accreditation and reimbursement gui delinesFollow regulatory guidelines for reporting incidents to the proper company and agency authorities All other duties, as assigned Qualifications : Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator 3+ years of administrator experience is preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent is requiredKnowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirementsWorking knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.)Excellent ability to supervise, instruct and motivate othersStrong organizational , analytical , and communications skillsDemonstrated ability to successfully and independently oversee all community operations Benefits: We offer a great work environment, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits, which include: 100% Paid Vacation/Sick.
