REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's Degree with 4-8 years of experience in electronics or optics OR * Master's Degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience * IPC solder certification * Experience running, testing, and measuring lasers or complex optical systems. * Experience in wire harness build and routing. * Mechanical assembly history and familiarity building and testing electrical systems and circuit boards. * Exceptional lab skills: ability to prototype, test, and debug electronics * Experience in handling fiber, fiber splicing equipment including fiber polishing equipment. * Experience in testing analog, power electronics, RF, and digital circuits.
