Summary: The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and copywriting skills and can work both independently and with others. This team member will be responsible for developing multiple projects from initial concept through final delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a positive public image, managing the dissemination of information on DCMC's behalf across various social media and web platforms, and managing market research, data analytics from social media, and communications campaigns. The candidate will also support the capture of new business, and the development of company proposals and other marketing materials. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Business Development. Responsibilities: Ensure all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes and content. Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, and global contact directory. Conduct research of market information and trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape to develop and execute effective content for a variety of channels. Support the Director of Business Development, Director of Proposals, and senior company leadership in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling, setting objectives, organizing and developing promotional material, and updating calendars. Manage contracts with third-party providers of marketing and communications services, as required, to ensure cost efficiency and the timely delivery of results. Communicate and collaborate in campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain inventory of support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and prepare new materials when necessary. Manage, and update DCMC Partners website with new content, layouts, and graphics as required. Manage, develop, and publish social media content across multiple platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and "X". Assist in the preparation of compelling proposals, through the development of graphics and visuals, formatting, and other means of positively representing the company before clients, partners, and others as required. Required skills and qualifications: Experience working with Adobe InDesign. Excellent oral and written communication skills (English required, Spanish preferred). Experience in marketing and the development of compelling communications messaging and materials. Knowledge of traditional, digital, content, and social media marketing. Knowledge of graphics development and the effective visual presentation of information. Knowledge in using data analytics software for research Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving and research skills. Ability to develop digital content across multiple platforms. Ability to work independently and with teams to achieve quality results. Meets deadlines effectively. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Familiar with marketing automation

platform/progressive

profiling (CRM such as Unanet-CRM and Hub Spot). Knowledge of Website publishing and development on platforms such as WordPress. Preferred skills and qualifications Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Working knowledge of web design, graphic design, and content creation. Working knowledge of Canva graphic design toolkit. Experience in designing, formatting, and supporting the development of proposals focusing on graphics, layout, and needed photos utilizing Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop suite of services. Experience in website development within WordPress or similar platforms. Minimum Qualifications: EDUCATION - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Advertisement, Public Relations, Communications or related field is required. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsible, enthusiastic, and cares about working in a mission-focused organization. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Ability to proactively identify problems and implement solutions. Willingness to be held accountable and receive feedback. Working conditions: Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm).
