Location: McLean, VA Responsibilities: Data Entry and HRIS Management:

Accurately enter and maintain employee data in the HRIS system. Update and manage employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed.

New Hire Processing:

Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting and processing required documentation. Coordinate with hiring managers and provide support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Offboarding for Terminations:

Handle administrative tasks related to employee terminations, such as processing paperwork and coordinating exit interviews. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the offboarding process.

Orientation Support:

Collaborate with the HR team to help organize and facilitate new hire orientation sessions. Ensure that new employees receive

the necessary

materials and information to acclimate to the company.

High-Volume HR Inbox Management:

Monitor and manage a high-volume HR inbox, promptly responding to employee inquiries and requests. Escalate complex HR-related issues to the appropriate HR personnel for resolution. Maintain organized records of email communications and ensure timely follow-up.

Compliance and Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and documentation related to HR transactions. Assist in compliance efforts, including ensuring that all HR processes adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in data entry and HRIS management. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in HRIS software (UKG or ADP preferably) and MS Office Suite.
