As a member of the commercial transactions team, the Contracts Specialist will interact with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and in-house counsel. The Contracts Specialist will exercise negotiation skills to build relationships, mitigate risk, and protect intellectual property and confidential information. Assist in review of existing templates, processes, trainings, and tools to identify areas requiring updates to ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies as well as assist in drafting new templates and other process tools. Support compliance programs and activities as needed.Typical EducationBachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or universityRelevant Experience3+ years related experience and/or trainingOther InformationStrong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface and communicate effectively with a large number of diverse groups, including all levels of employees, in-house counsel, external legal counsel, suppliers, customers, and other business partners.
