En tant que

Key Account Manager (KAM) , vous rejoignez notre Direction Grands Comptes (entreprises du CAC 40, de 5 000 collaborateurs et plus) composée de 35 KAM. Vous intégrerez l’équipe Energie, Industrie, Transport de Valérie composée de 6 à 8 personnes. Vous serez amené(e) à échanger avec des interlocuteurs clés dans les organisations de vos prospects et clients : Directeurs et Responsables des Systèmes d'Information, Infrastructures réseau, Achats, Financiers, Projets, Métiers et leurs équipes. Vos missions au quotidien sont : Elaborer la stratégie de développement des ventes sur vos clients et prospects, Détecter leurs besoins et négocier les services et conditions de l’offre associée, Assurer des négociations haut niveau auprès des clients finaux, Répondre aux appels d’offre grands comptes, Piloter et interagir en interne avec différents interlocuteurs (technique, avant-vente, juridique, finance, déploiement, exploitation...), Participer au collectif de l’équipe (partage de bonnes pratiques, échanges et entraides), Construire une relation long terme de partenariat avec vos clients

Détail du profil

De formation Bac +5, vous avez une expérience d' au moins 10 ans

dans la vente de solutions ou de l'ingénierie avant-vente pour des clients Grands Comptes dans le

domaine des télécoms, IT, intégration, sécurité? Ce qui vous plait dans votre métier, c'est de créer du lien et comprendre les enjeux et besoins, parfois complexes, de vos clients Grands Comptes. Développer, innover, argumenter et convaincre vos clients font partie de votre ADN.
