This is a great opportunity to get into the manufacturing industry This role offers the chance to work with a large, reputable manufacturing or production contracting company that provides great career advancement and development Employee Perks/Benefits: •Medical•Dental•Vision•Retirement 401(k) Program•Paid Vacation and Holidays•Flexible Spending AccountsPay: $20.00-24.00/hour (overtime available) Job Description: •Ability to weld tig within 1-4g positions- Low Gauge 19-22- Stainless; Aluminum•Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to determine sequence and methods of assembling components•Understanding of welding cutting equipment - bandsaw, plasma cutter, puncher, etc;•Trim, file, grind, sand, deburr, buff and smooth surfaces using hand tools and portable power tools.•Lay out and mark dimensions and reference lines on material applying knowledge of shop math and layout techniques•Weekends work required sometimeWeld test is taking 2 pieces of 16 gauge sheetstock with a plate behind it 1/8\" gap fillet weld.Math & Measuring / Read ruler to 1/16th inch.•Environment: IndoorShift: •2nd- 3:30pm- 2amAbout Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
